1. Packaging & Labeling Guidelines

  • Use 3-ply or 5-ply corrugated outer boxes for all fragile and consumer electronics items.
  • Affix the thermal shipping label flat on the largest face of the parcel without wrinkles or fold-over.
  • Ensure the 1D/2D barcode is completely uncovered and free of transparent tape glare.

2. Daily Pickup Cut-Off Timings

  • Same-day pickup requests must be generated before 1:00 PM IST on business days.
  • Handover manifests must be signed digitally or physically by the carrier pickup executive.

3. NDR (Non-Delivery Report) & RTO Management

  • When a customer is unreachable or refuses delivery, an automated WhatsApp NDR confirmation is dispatched via Lighthouse.
  • Merchants have up to 48 hours to confirm re-attempt details or initiate return to origin (RTO).
